The Relief Infant & Toddler Educator role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of young children.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the learning progress of students, building strong relationships with parents, staff and students, and providing a safe and secure environment that promotes comfort and well-being.

  • Learning Progress Monitoring: The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking the educational development of students, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and implementing strategies to support their growth.
  • Rapport Building: A key aspect of this role is building trust and rapport with parents, staff and students. This requires excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Safe Environment: The Relief Infant & Toddler Educator will be responsible for creating a secure and nurturing environment that allows children to feel comfortable and supported.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Other duties may include performing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and contributing to team efforts as required.
  • Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a HCIC/ACEY qualification, with EY1 and EY2 qualifications being advantageous. A valid ECDA Medical Report is preferred.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood development and education, with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children.
