Capital Raising Director Position

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization in the role of Fund Raising Specialist. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an individual who can establish and manage all stages of the fund-raising process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing investors and identifying new potential investors for our products. They will also be expected to develop and implement effective strategies to expand our investor base and raise capital from new relations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders to develop accurate and strategic investor presentations. You will also be responsible for coordinating real estate/property tours and specific conferences and events for investors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong multi-faceted project management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks to others and manage their deliverables. You will also need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
We are looking for someone with at least 7-10 years of experience within a placement agent or investment firm. A Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
