About the Role:

As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to children on Saturdays. Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and inclusive environment, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Working closely with children across various age groups and activity levels, you will utilize positive reinforcement techniques to manage their behavior and maintain a safe and engaging learning space. You will also oversee daily class activities, ensuring that classrooms and learning areas are well-organized and clean.

Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with the Programme Manager to implement center-wide routines and expectations. This includes supervising beneficiary recruitment and enrollment processes, as well as maintaining accurate documentation. Adaptability and flexibility are essential qualities for this role, as you will need to adapt to routine changes and varying class/level/group/activity allocations as directed by the Programme Manager.
