Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition and Engagement Lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer, ensuring a high level of performance and efficiency. This includes establishing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing requisitions, and sourcing top talent. The candidate will also provide advice and updates to senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and job descriptions based on industry information. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies, and providing coaching and guidance to junior recruiting staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Manage various recruitment channels, processes, and requisitions for permanent and contract positions
* Source and attract candidates through social media, huge databases, and other platforms
* Provide advice and updates to senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and job descriptions based on industry information
* Manage relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies
* Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiting staff

Requirements:
* At least 7-8 years of recruiting or technical hiring experience within the HR space
* Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across the APAC region
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
* Prior hands-on experience with recruiting software and an established SAP/ERP network across APAC
