As a Markets Operations Control Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with global and regional functional policies, performing records management and access reviews, and managing outsourcing related reviews and reporting. You'll also be involved in process reviews, providing recommendations for improvement and automation, and managing documentation of Continuity of Business Plans. Additionally, you'll participate in and/or lead projects as assigned, escalating transaction processing issues to the appropriate channels and collaborating on a solution. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with global and regional functional policies with focus on Operational Risk, Manager's Control Assessment (MCA), Information Security and Records Management.
  2. Perform Records Management related activities.
  3. Perform access reviews for the supported businesses.
  4. Manage Outsourcing related reviews and reporting in line with the requirements outlined by the Third-Party Management Policy.
  5. Perform MCA testing of the Business activities.
  6. Perform process reviews and provide recommendations for improvement and automation.
  7. Manage documentation of Continuity of Business Plans.
  8. Participate in and/or lead projects as assigned.
  9. Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate channels and collaborate on a solution.
  10. Design and analyze moderately complex reports, in coordination with standards set by direct leadership.
  11. Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies.
  12. Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience preferred.
  2. Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies.
  3. Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of macros.
  5. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  7. Basic understanding of Treasury Products and Accounting.
  8. Ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  10. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  11. Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills.
