Job Role: Exercise Performance Specialists

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Exercise Performance Specialist. This role plays a vital part in supporting and conducting Individual Physical Proficiency Tests (IPPT) while ensuring a safe and efficient training environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct IPPT Sessions: Facilitate and conduct IPPT sessions with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety management measures, rules, and regulations to ensure a secure environment for all participants.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Identify and report equipment defects, facility concerns, and potential hazards to prevent accidents.
  • Communication: Coordinate with clients and provide timely updates to the team leader to ensure seamless communication.
  • Test Result Support: Assist in resolving test result-related issues and provide support to clients as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by relevant authorities to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Certified Fitness Trainer: Possess a certification in fitness training with relevant qualifications.
  • Availability: Be willing to work on weekends and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, able to work independently or as part of a team.
