Key Opportunities

A Speech Therapist with a strong clinical background and leadership skills is sought to drive evidence-based practice, manage complex cases, and lead the implementation of Speech Therapy initiatives in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review clinical protocols and conduct quality assurance audits.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, optimize resource utilization, and report on monthly service indicators and workload statistics.
  • Lead quality improvement/research activities, deliver clinical education, and contribute to patient care efforts.
  • Develop staff performance management plans, provide training and development opportunities for both professional and support staff.
  • Design and implement new services, programs, and projects within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, or MSc in Speech and Language Pathology (Graduate-entry level).
  • Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council with a valid AHPC Practising Certificate.
  • Valid membership with local professional body/association preferred.
  • Valid BCLS Certification.
