Make an Impact by
  • Leading solutioning partnerships with E-level stakeholders from IT and business to define and deliver API, Cloud, and new emerging security reference architectures and solutions.
  • Mentoring security risk assessment teams, promoting threat modeling activities, and implementing secure by design principles while driving the Infosec left shift priority in technically complex initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date with information security trends, security breaches in Telecom and Non-Telecom industries, industry standards (e.g., NIST, CIS), new emerging technology skills, and improving security maturity within Singtel IT, Enterprise Business, Consumer Business, and rest of the technology divisions.
  • Developing Security Reference Architectures, Design Patterns, frameworks, and guardrails.
  • Managing complex technical security reviews and security architecting with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Leading front-end complicated technical discussions in API security, Cloud, and other Emerging Technology domains with senior stakeholders in Singtel IT, Group Enterprise Architects, Consumer, and Enterprise Business, and pursuing risk buy-down for new and existing systems.
  • Mentoring Security risk assessors and driving structured threat modeling activities within SDLC lifecycle for key projects.
  • Representing information security in forums such as Group Architecture Review Board, Solution Review board, change management boards, etc.
  • Partnering with group risk and influencing changes to the security standards, policies, and processes.
Skills for Success
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or its equivalent.
  • 8+ years of minimum work experience in Information Security covering domains such as security architecture and information security risk assessments.
  • Experience in one or more technology domains API security, Cloud security, Gen AI.
  • Experienced in performing Threat Modeling and security architecture reviews.
  • Experienced in Security by Design principles, Waterfall, and Agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, CIS, PCI, etc.
  • One or more Industry security Certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS, Microsoft Azure preferred.
  • Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex project security engagements simultaneously.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
