Job Title: Manufacturing Solutions Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to align with production needs and engineering modifications.
  • Administer and maintain key systems like Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP to manage process and material data effectively.
  • Support the design and enhancement of rack packaging to ensure assembly readiness.
  • Lead the execution of BOM and material changes, coordinating implementation across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Provide engineering support during mass production to maintain process stability and ensure product quality.
  • Take an active role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
  • Assist in factory-level New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification efforts.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
