About the Opportunity:
\We are looking for a senior manager to lead our organization's knowledge management efforts.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide knowledge management framework that supports our strategic objectives.
\This includes managing the implementation of various knowledge management initiatives and systems, as well as reengineering business processes to support corporate knowledge management.
\In addition, the candidate will oversee the management of our Enterprise Content Management System upgrade, including monitoring and tracking budgets, overall progress, and deliverables.
\They will also engage stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives to create, capture, and share knowledge, and ensure proper management and filing of records.
\Key responsibilities include refining knowledge and records management processes, practices, and governance requirements, as well as planning and executing organizational knowledge/record sharing events and activities.
\The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience in knowledge management or information management, with prior experience/knowledge in developing enterprise KM frameworks and/or implementing enterprise content management solutions.
\Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills are essential, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\The successful candidate will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and will be commensurate with applicants' experience and track records.
