**Job Title:** Guest Services Associate
Job Description:
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing accurate and timely information about hotel services, amenities, hours of operation, layout, and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the security of the cash drawer at all times.
- Follow established procedures for handling money, including knowledge of counterfeit currency detection and secure storage practices.
- Ensure that all check-in/out procedures are followed for every type of reservation, adhering to our brand standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and other stakeholders to provide excellent service and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
