We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting network technologies across the global landscape with a high degree of focus on security and next-generation connectivity.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide on-going day-to-day tier 3 support for the global data network in response to related support tasks and troubleshooting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth and success of Aitek Group.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of domain experience, CCNP certified
  • Possess excellent network troubleshooting skills
  • Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network-related issues in the smallest possible time
  • Must be able to clearly interact with the customer, understand the requirements, and communicate with the offshore team
  • Experience with SDWAN – Silver Peak preferred
  • Experience with Next Gen Firewalls – Cisco Firepower preferred
