Job Description:
Mission-Critical Middleware Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Middleware Software Developer to join our IT team. As a key member of our middleware development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our operations middleware or centralized middleware solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, analyze, and enhance Scoot's operations middleware or centralized middleware solutions.
• Provide technical support for middleware systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Gather, analyze, and utilize data to devise solutions, design systems, and implement processes that drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct troubleshooting and investigations to resolve incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Coordinate with other departments for system integration and data communication, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Recommend methods and technologies to improve project efficiency, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Document and maintain IT business processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Implement high-quality changes adhering to development standards, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with QA and Product Owners for testing and review, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or related diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Middleware Developer, with expertise in C# .NET and .NET Core.
• Strong fundamentals in application/software development, with a focus on middleware solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL databases, with experience working with AWS services (EC2, VPC, SNS, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
