Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Science Innovation Specialist to join our team, focusing on developing innovative data science solutions to reduce scams and make a significant impact on people's lives. This role involves identifying opportunities for data exploitation through in-depth conversations with business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Understand evolving problems and strategize about required data and techniques to solve them
  2. Develop different machine learning models, track their effectiveness, and deploy the most appropriate solution
  3. Build and operate production systems independently with light engineering support to serve these solutions
  4. Present findings, solicit feedback, and prioritize refinements to the analysis in close iteration with stakeholders while managing overall project timeline
  5. Establish best practices for developing data science/ML systems
  6. Provide technical leadership across multiple product teams
  7. Share expertise, mentor, and/or manage other data scientists

Requirements

  • Experience in model development (e.g., regression, random forests, LLMs, Graph Neural Networks) and deployment (e.g., Sagemaker, TensorFlow)
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience in agile development
  • Experience in developing capability in others

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
