Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Governance Expert to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support in the preparation, review, administration, and tracking of contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

You will act as the key expert on outsourcing practices, driving improvements in vendor contract governance, performance monitoring, and due diligence. Your role will involve creating and managing dashboards and analytical reports using Excel or other data tools to produce meaningful insights and track key performance indicators for contracts and vendor performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience overseeing project delivery and vendor contracts in adherence to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) Guidelines, with hands-on experience in outsourcing governance and third-party risk management within the banking sector.
  • Background in managing IT projects and service contracts, with familiarity in current technology trends and proven vendor management expertise in the financial services industry.
