We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects with precision and expertise.
**Job Description:**
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budget. You will assemble and lead a project team, assigning tasks, providing direction, and motivation. You will identify and mitigate potential project risks that could impact project success, manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met. Additionally, you will liaise and hold meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure all requirements are adhered to, maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, and ensure all projects deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To excel in this role, you will need a degree in Engineering/Construction Management and at least 3-5 years of experience as a Site/Project Manager. You should possess knowledge in construction/engineering/procurement/industry standards and any other project-related activities. You must demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving skills, good team leadership abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects. A committed and positive attitude, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, is essential.
