Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Programme Manager to lead our Overseas Student Programmes Safety and Quality team. As a key member of the Office of Immersion & Careers, you will be responsible for ensuring the academic quality and safety of our overseas student programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Quality Management
    • Administer and analyse post-trip surveys and trip leaders reports to ensure programme quality and identify areas for improvement.
    • Review, report, and present OSP outcomes to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Manage OSP data reporting and dashboard, providing insights to inform programme development and improvement.
    • Maintain and update the OSP Academic Quality framework, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and procedures.
    • Manage the OSP language support programme, including related reporting and procurement.
  • Safety Management
    • Lead the OSP crisis management team to administer crisis support to all overseas student programmes, including insurance, First Aid Kits, ART Kits, and Vaccination.
    • Provide advisory services to schools and departments on risk assessment and crisis management matters for OSPs.
    • Manage the crisis management vendor and related procurement.
    • Maintain and update OIC's Enterprise Risk Management policies and SOPs, including reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRI).
    • Manage crisis operations, including line of report for crisis, enquiries from trip leaders, students, and parents.
  • Support to AD/OSP
    • Support the Associate Director/Overseas Student Programmes in overseas trip management and administration, including OSP planning, grant application and management, and digitalisation projects.
    • Support in leading/co-leading overseas student trips and staff recce trips.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Resourceful to find solutions to deal with complex challenges and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Experience in risk and crisis management will be a plus.
  • Data analytical skills will be a plus.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Has led student overseas trips.
