Job Title: Healthcare Professional

This role is responsible for leading a team of nursing staff, overseeing their duties and ensuring they adhere to their assigned rosters. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to train and coach others to enhance their work performance.

The primary responsibilities include supervising enrolled nurses, healthcare assistants, and other support staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care to residents. This may involve feeding, administering medication, conducting regular rounds, and maintaining accurate documentation in the care management system.

  • Supervise and manage nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to their assigned roles and responsibilities.
  • Train and coach staff to improve their work competence and performance.
  • Assist with ordering medication and medical supplies, as well as administering medication where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the care management system.
  • Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse.
  • Hold valid accreditation from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of nursing principles, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
