Job Title: Finance Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and insightful analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance expert looking to make a significant contribution in a leading organization.

About the Role
  • Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business units to establish assumptions and justifications for financial planning.
  • Analyze and review reasonableness of budget and forecast submissions, consolidating reports and presentations for review and approval.
  • Provide insightful analysis of business performance to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide business partnering support as required.
  • Analyze monthly financial results against budget/forecast, identifying trends, drivers, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare management reports on variance analysis and underlying drivers for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage expenditure within approved limits and work with departments on cost-saving measures.
  • Assist in special projects and oversee other responsibilities as directed by the reporting manager.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analyst/management reporting in a large organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in high-end ERP systems and budgeting software.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical, quick-thinking, resourceful, and independent.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to deep dive into data and ask questions.
  • Manages relationships with Business Owners at the working level well, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
