Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist/Senior Physiotherapist, responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering excellent patient care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality physiotherapy services to assigned caseloads, including assessments, therapy programs, and client reviews.
  • Work closely with care teams to provide holistic care, communicate care plans, and make recommendations as needed.
  • Provide education to caregivers and direct supervision to TA, PA, and other personnel involved in therapy.
  • Ensure adherence to MOH audit guidelines, quality standards, and WSH procedures.
  • Track and re-certify rehab clients, update outcome measures, and conduct environment audits as required.
  • Manage day rehab centre operations by delegating tasks and working with the team to plan and monitor client schedules, staff allocation rosters, equipment inventory, and maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate monthly Rehab reports and dashboard indexes, ensuring timely submission and upload.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
  • Full registration with AHPC and certificate of practice.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with ability to work independently and under time constraints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
