Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Professional
This is a dynamic opportunity to work as an infrastructure specialist in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing 24/7 support for data center operations on 12-hour shifts;
- Assisting customers in verifying, isolating, and/or providing temporary workarounds for incidents/problems logged;
- Resolving incidents/problems onsite and escalating unsolvable problems and service requests to senior engineers and project managers;
- Generating relevant administrative records and reports;
- Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing environments;
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes;
- Adding, removing, or updating user access.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure management;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with customers;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in operating system administration and configuration management;
- Experience with IT service management and incident resolution.
