Strategic Account Executive

We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving growth and expansion with our largest customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals and make a lasting impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various functions within our customer organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategic technology sales or large account management.
- Proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions to product and engineering business segments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of SDK/API business and/or a quick learner in B2B technology product space.
- Relentless work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- English native speaker with ability to cover accounts in Indonesia, India, Singapore, Vietnam, and Japan.
