Maintenance Installation Specialist Job Description

At the heart of our organization lies a vision to provide exceptional maintenance and installation services. As an integral part of this mission, we seek a highly skilled M&E Coordinator (Condominium) to join our team.

We are searching for an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coordinating with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with design/construction teams to ensure seamless M&E installation and system requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with Civil/BIM teams & SWC to develop and submit CCSM/SEM drawings and documents.
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors' work to ensure timely shop drawing and service coordination.
  • Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in a construction environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as engineering or architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction/civil engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D models.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects with complex systems.
  • Desirable: Condo experience and willingness to be based in the project site office.
