Job Description

As an Electrical Quality Assurance Specialist at MTC Consulting PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for:

  • Performing incoming and outgoing inspections according to established procedures, including factory routine tests and official tests for switchboards;
  • Maintaining quality records and file data, highlighting quality issues to the appropriate management for action;
  • Authorizing the rejection of unsatisfactory parts and the release of conforming parts for storage and customer delivery;
  • Ensuring the successful testing and commissioning of switchboards on-site or on vessels, and addressing warranty claims or customer quality complaints;
  • Initiating actions to prevent non-conformities, recommending solutions, and verifying their implementation;
  • FOLLOWING safety rules, using calibrated instruments for inspections, maintaining good housekeeping in the QA department, and assisting the manager in meeting quality objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering; and
  • At least 2 years of QA experience.
