Job Overview

Singapore Ballet Limited, a leading dance company in Singapore, is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join its team. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote performances, programs, and initiatives, driving audience engagement and ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for performances, events, and outreach programs to engage new audiences and increase brand awareness.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials, showcasing the company's artistic excellence and rich performances.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing collateral (posters, brochures, ads, program booklets, etc.) that effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across multiple channels, engaging with followers and promoting upcoming events.
  • Analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and engagement, and monitor metrics using digital marketing tools.
  • Drive PR initiatives by reaching out to media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure promotional coverage, highlighting the company's achievements and artistic endeavors.
  • Maintain and update the website with relevant content and news, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the ballet and performing arts scene is a plus, but not required.
