Role Overview

As a dedicated professional, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Officer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating room bookings, overseeing property maintenance, logistics support and leading the Traffic Marshal Ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage room bookings and prepare facilities for church events and meetings.

Oversee maintenance, care and operational efficiency of facilities and equipment.

Work closely with the Property Management Committee to manage contracts and expenses.

Conduct verification and disposal of fixed assets.

Coordinate part-time support staff, including cleaners, gardeners, and refreshment service providers.

Oversee the Traffic Marshal Ministry.

Requirements:

Some experience in facilities or property management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, with a collaborative mindset.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings. Sunday work is a must.
