We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art wafer metrology and inspection products.

Your primary focus will be on analytical and experimental validation, optimization of challenging mechanisms and mechanical system designs.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in mechatronics, mechanical, robotics, or precision engineering with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience in semiconductor machine design and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop subassemblies from conceptual to detailed design using SolidWorks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
  • Conduct prototype testing and validate designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in mechatronics, mechanical, robotics, or precision engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' industry experience in semiconductor machine design and development
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills in structural, dynamic, thermal, and fluid domains
