**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

","Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and provide timely resolutions.
  • Explain the purchasing process in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Verify the authenticity of incoming luxury items and jewelry.
  • Offer simple translation support to facilitate communication with Japanese-speaking customers.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Able to speak Japanese (JLPT N4 level) for effective communication with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
  • Good working attitude, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Will to work on weekends when necessary.
