Sales Team Lead for Pharmaceutical Products

We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to promote our pharmaceutical products to medical professionals, build strong relationships, and drive sales performance in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to increase product awareness and education.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Provide accurate product information, usage guidelines, and updates in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure timely follow-ups with healthcare professionals.
- Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
