Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization as an Infrastructure Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning:
  • Define scope and deliverables; develop detailed timelines, budget forecasts, and resource plans.

  1. Execution & Delivery:
  • Lead project implementation activities, coordinate across IT and business teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  1. Risk & Issue Management:
  • Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity through contingency planning.

  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external vendors; regularly report progress and manage expectations.

  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that infrastructure deliverables meet technical and business standards; work closely with QA teams for reviews and validation.

  1. Project Closure:
  • Lead final project handover, ensure documentation is complete, and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.

Key Metrics for Success
  1. Timely and within-budget delivery of infrastructure projects
  2. Positive feedback from stakeholders (e.g., NPS scores)
  3. Risk issues resolved with minimal disruption
  4. Evidence of continuous improvement in project management processes

Collaboration & Requirements
Internal Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with IT, Finance, and Business teams

External Collaboration:
  1. Engage with technology vendors and stay informed on infrastructure best practices

Requirements
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred

Experience & Skills:
  • 5-7 years in IT project management
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (e.g., network, cloud, endpoint, identity services)
  • Strong risk management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination experience
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
