Job Title: Logistics Supervisor - Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and provide training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals.
  • Plan, organize, and execute daily delivery schedules to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery.
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Responsible for driver feedback and performance management.
  • Observe and provide feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Class 4 driving license.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in supervisory role.
