The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge and experience to drive effective and sustainable processes around Safety, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Design Transfer, Manufacturing Engineering, and Associate Engagement with a high level of customer focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Vice President of Operations, Asia and Micro Electronics is responsible for manufacturing operations in Asia for all business units and global manufacturing operations for Micro Electronics business unit.
  • Ensuring manufacturing objectives align with sales and shipment goals to assure capacity, labor, and technology are in place to support requirements.
  • Promoting and deploying innovative practices to achieve break-through performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Ensuring inventory and shipping/receiving functions at manufacturing plants operate at levels meeting customers' needs and established financial benchmarks.
  • Directing activities so approved products are manufactured on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
  • Overseeing operational budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 15 years' experience in diversified manufacturing management in a multinational company with a matrix organization.
  • Experience with successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of the Global Marketplace with experience ideally in filtration and separation processes or related discipline.
