We are seeking an experienced Trade Contract Specialist to join our team at CA SEARCH PTE. LTD. This is a challenging role that requires strong contract administration and negotiation skills in the oil and gas industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and finalizing physical trading contracts with external counterparties. This includes:

  • Preparing and sending trading contract drafts to the counterparty
  • Checking counter proposals from the counterparty in accordance with internal procedures
  • Finalizing contracts with the counterparty after obtaining required internal authorization
  • Conducting all related and relevant contract documentation processes in relation to trading deals concluded

In addition, the Trade Contract Specialist will maintain all documents, agreements, and records related to the above activities and update the database accordingly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferably in Contract/Maritime law or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in oil and/or gas trading industry with exposure to physical contract administration/negotiation
  • Standard skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work comfortably in accordance with procedures and compliance policies
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
