Job Description:

The primary objective of a retail sales associate is to provide an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a clean, well-organized and efficiently stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily tasks such as inventory checks, stock replenishment and cleanliness duties to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Build and maintain an accurate database for the store inventory management system.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with a high level of service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A primary or higher education in any field is required.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
