Job Description:

The Hair Salon Manager oversees the daily operations of the salons, ensuring high standards of customer service and managing staff performance. The manager acts as a leader and role model to the salon team, creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff alike.

  • Train and supervise salon staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Motivate and manage team performances, handle conflict resolution, and monitor productivity to provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction by handling feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Oversee daily operations including opening and closing duties, maintain salon cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards, and promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
