Job Title: Space Planning Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workspaces. This involves collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements, developing design concepts that meet client needs, and preparing detailed plans and renderings for presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workspace needs
  • Develop creative and functional design concepts
  • Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
  • Select materials, furnishings, and colour palettes
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with a focus on workspace environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous workplace design projects and creative solutions
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
