Early Childhood Education Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our team as an early childhood education specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English language skills, particularly to young children.

The role involves planning, delivering and assessing lessons to students, as well as maintaining accurate records of student progress. The successful candidate will also be responsible for contributing to the development of curriculum and innovative teaching methods.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality English language or Malay language lessons to students in accordance with company guidelines and framework.
  • Mark students' scripts according to company guidelines and rubrics.
  • Ensure timely return of marked scripts to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to their educational needs.
  • Be actively involved in planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
  • Certification:
  • Certified by ECDA at L1 or L2 category.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
