Job Title:
Sr Mechanical Infrastructure Project Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned mechanical infrastructure project lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Manage project budgets, including cost control, financial reporting, and budget planning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or relevant settings.
- Strong background in mechanical services, building systems, and project tail-end processes (T&C, M&E handover).
- Proficient in project management software and relevant technical tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive innovative solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
