Job Role

As a Data Analyst Associate, you will play a key role in assisting in generating complex dashboards, reports, scorecards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports according to the requirements in various reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. You will work closely with IT functions to secure and acquire data from relevant data sources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating complex dashboards, reports, scorecards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports according to the requirements in various reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Administering systems, managing system migration, organizing and archiving data in associated artifacts, and generating project or performance reports (in BI visuals or newsletter format, etc.) for circulation.
  • Streamlining and automating analytics reporting processes.
  • Migrating existing reports to automated dashboards.
  • Building information architecture for knowledge management and sharing.
  • Researching industry technologies, good practices, processes, and solutions to enable performance management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification related to IT/Data Analysis.
  • No experience required.
  • Proficient with Advanced Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office programs (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Fundamental knowledge in SQL, Python, data visualization tools & dashboarding technologies (i.e., Power BI / Tableau / Qlik, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for management and peers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate across teams.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
