Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Assistant to join our team at RGF Talent Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory performance, driving compliance, and ensuring productivity and efficiency in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between client SAP and internal company WMS to ensure accuracy of inventory transactions.
    • Drive timely correction of system errors and investigate root causes to achieve 100% accuracy.
  • EDI Failures
    • Investigate EDI failures, report findings, and implement interim controls to prevent future errors.
    • Work with internal IT to resolve EDI issues and understand their impact on warehouse operations.
  • Compliance
    • Maintain a list of all client procedures and ensure company instructions are aligned with client requirements.
    • Ensure company operations managers review and update Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) submitted by operations.
    • Challenge RCA and CAPA to ensure they address the root cause of issues.
  • KPI and SLA Governance
    • Review KPI data to ensure accuracy of reported performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Review operational issues reported and trend them to drive improvement.
    • Track and report SLA performance to ensure company meets client expectations.
  • Billing Management
    • Set up internal processes to track services provided and ensure adherence to client contracted rates and billing formats.
    • Verify activity and transaction data to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Productivity and Efficiency
    • Review activities and time standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Analyze operating models to ensure deployed crew can support business requirements.
    • Provide quarterly assessments and recommendations to client and company management.
  • Customer Complaints
    • Lead investigations and report findings to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
    • Act as main custodian for IT-related matters pertaining to warehouse management and inventory systems.
    Requirements
    • Experience in using SAP warehouse management systems.
    • Experience in liaising with clients and supervising teams.
    Working Conditions
    • Working hours: 8am to 5.45pm.
    • Company shuttle bus provided at Gul Circle MRT station.
