We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assembly Line Coordinator to join our team at MYFIRST TECH ASIA PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the assembly line, including process monitoring and troubleshooting;
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow;
  • Identify and report any quality or process-related issues to management;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes;
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve yield;
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO standards in all production activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA assembly environment;
  • Proficiency in designing jigs and fixtures using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD);
  • Solid knowledge of assembly processes, and electronic product testing workflows;
  • Hands-on experience in process optimization, line balancing, and lean manufacturing;
  • Familiar with failure analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Fishbone, FMEA);
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
