Night Business Director Opportunity

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our night business segment, driving growth and profitability in the nightlife and beverage space.

As a seasoned Night Business Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for multiple outlets, analyzing performance data to identify revenue growth opportunities, managing P&L for the night business segment, and positioning us as a leader in the premium lifestyle nightlife scene.

  • Develop and Implement Night Business Strategies: Create and execute plans to drive growth and profitability in the night business segment.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Use data analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage P&L: Oversee the financial management of the night business segment, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Position 1-Group as a Leader: Develop and implement strategies to position us as a leader in the premium lifestyle nightlife scene.
  • Curate Beverage Menus: Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and appealing beverage menus.
Key Responsibilities

Lead teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth through innovative programs and promotions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B or hospitality, proven success in managing multi-outlet bar operations, strong commercial acumen, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience.
