Job Title: Healthcare Professional

Overview:

Staff nurses are required to work closely with residents' doctors and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver care. This involves working collaboratively to develop, implement, and review individualized care plans for each resident.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments of new admissions to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Developing and implementing clinical documentation, including the preparation of progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Administering medications safely and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborating with allied health professionals to provide comprehensive nursing interventions.
  • Participating in staff supervision and contributing to the training and development of other healthcare professionals.
  • Engaging in quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered.
  • Escalating any issues or concerns to a supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • BCLS certification.
