The Workplace Health and Safety Leader will play a pivotal role in championing workplace safety and health strategies across the organization. Reporting to the Director, this individual will oversee the development and implementation of total workplace safety and health (TWSH) frameworks that prioritize occupational health and staff protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director/Assistant Director in planning and overseeing workplace safety and health strategies.">
  • Lead the development and implementation of TWSH frameworks with emphasis on occupational health and staff protection.">
  • Plan and manage resources to support departmental and hospital goals.">
  • Coordinate and implement new TWSH initiatives from planning to execution.">
  • Monitor and evaluate safety programmes to ensure continuous improvement.">
  • Serve as Secretariat for the Workplace Safety and Health Committee.">
  • Support hospital-wide projects, emergency planning, and crisis response as required.">
