Preschool Chinese Language Educator

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Chinese Language Educator to deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of preschoolers with varying learning abilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to plan and implement effective lesson plans, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that promote language development and cultural awareness in young children.
2. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring students feel valued and respected.
3. Engagement Strategies: Design activities that foster language skills, social skills, and emotional intelligence in preschoolers.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
5. Communication with Families: Regularly update parents on their child's progress, share tips on how to support their language development at home, and address any concerns they may have.

Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching preschoolers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid certification
