Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing backend applications using JavaScript, Java, Python or .NET.

You will be responsible for building and managing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS and Helm. Additionally, you will manage cloud infrastructure and services within AWS, define and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and enhance backend applications using JavaScript, Java, Python or .NET
  • Build and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS and Helm
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and services within AWS
  • Define and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience with backend software development using JavaScript, Java, Python or .NET
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS and Helm
  • At least 3 years of experience with AWS services and infrastructure management
  • Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk and Datadog
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
  • Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse technical teams
