Senior Manufacturing Business Operations Lead

You are the senior lead manager responsible for ensuring operational and business success of our China initiative.
This role requires a strong communicator, able to effectively influence outcomes across diverse teams and management levels. Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities are also essential.
- Advisor and solution provider to leadership in ensuring operational-business success of China initiative.
- Program lead representing leadership for China initiative, acting as key interface to internal workstream leads to ensure all critical elements for customer ramp are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Advocate to product line and commercial teams to align customer engagements and technology strategy with company's objectives for China, ensuring right mix of customers and technologies for long-term success.
- Champion leadership perspective and influence outcomes across business and operational teams to secure right customer engagements, technology corridors, and financial metrics for China initiative.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership or program management role, with focus on cross-functional business operations within global organization.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor foundry, fabless IC, IDM or related high technology industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, including experience in developing business cases, analyzing new engagements, and managing contractual terms.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and solution provider, identifying problems and driving effective, timely solutions in complex, high-stakes environment.
- Experience working with and presenting to middle and senior management.
