The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 SGD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Barre Instructor to join our team of fitness professionals. As a Barre Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and challenging group classes that promote physical fitness and mental well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified Barre Teacher Training Program approved by a relevant organization
  • Complete a 25-hour training program on Basic Barre Group Class
  • Achieve a minimum of 20 hours of physiology & anatomy training
  • Knowledge about alignment, musicality and body positions
  • Be able to create new program classes and build a sense of community among our members
  • Up to date: CPR+AED Certification
  • Interpersonal skills: Building relationships, learning students' names, and fostering a sense of community
  • Great personality and attitude: They should be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Strong communication skills: Clearly explaining exercises, providing feedback, and encouraging students
