Job Details
  • The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient use of storage space in our car storage facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and rearrange car storage spaces to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to customer schedules by swapping replacement cars with customers as needed.
  • Inspect and quote bodywork for end-of-contract cars, providing accurate estimates and high-quality workmanship.
  • Send, collect, and inspect cars at the wash point, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Inspect and send worn-out PVC seats for replacement/repair, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and arrange cars for GetGo use, meeting tight deadlines and high standards.
  • Inspect tow-in cars and submit request forms to the Service Advisor (SA), facilitating smooth communication and workflow.
  • Issue replacement cars as approved by the workshop/salesperson, ensuring seamless transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Update the total ready cars from the workshop to GetGo, maintaining accurate records and real-time information.
  • Monitor cars sent to the workshop and update reports, providing valuable insights and data analysis.
  • Check and approve parts quotations, upholding high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare next-day delivery cars for salespersons, meeting demanding timelines and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and arrange VICOM inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
  • Create/update PO/DO/end contract entries in Dewtouch, streamlining administrative tasks and improving efficiency.
  • Check/tally keys and cars daily, maintaining accurate records and preventing loss or theft.
  • Check/tally invoices for windscreen/PVC seat replacement, etc., verifying accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is essential for on-the-job duties.
  • Basic computer knowledge is necessary for navigating software and systems.
  • Candidates with experience in the Automotive industry are preferred but not required.
  • Must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level education and any other field.
  • 5.5 days work week provides a healthy balance between work and personal life.
