Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at FONG'S ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING PTE LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including BOMs, work instructions, and route cards, to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Provide training and support to shopfloor personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve process, equipment, and part issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Implement engineering changes to improve processes, NCRs, CAPAs, and complaints.
  • Lead pFMEA activities and perform equipment qualification and process validation to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Participate in product transfer activities and new project implementation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing process engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with PFMEA, process validation, and manufacturing process know-how.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Six sigma training preferred.
